From Moses to the MessiahLed by Fr. Bob Kollath
Green Bay, WI
May 3th - May 13th, 2027
One of the beauties of our Catholic Faith is that it is rooted in history. Resurrection Parish and St. John Nepomucene Parish along with Fr. Bob Kollath invite you to join us on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land on May 3-13, 2027, to experience the historical and cultural roots of our faith.
We will be visiting the sites where Jesus walked, lived, died, and appeared after His resurrection. From Bethlehem to Nazareth, Cana, Capharnaum, and the Sea of Galilee, we will visit the Jordan River and the mountain of the Transfiguration, and Bethany before moving on to Jerusalem. In Jerusalem, we will visit the garden of Gethsemane, Mount Zion, the Wailing Wall, and the sites related to Holy Week. We will pray the Stations of the Cross along the Via Dolorosa before celebrating mass with Fr. Bob in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.
In addition to the sites related to Jesus, we will also visit the Old Testament sites of Mount Nebo, where Moses was able to view the Promised Land before his death, and Mount Carmel, where Elijiah confronted the priests of Ba’al. We will also be visiting the ancient city of Petra, carved into the walls of a canyon, and Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered.
Please consider joining us for this once-in-a-lifetime experience that will surely help add depth and appreciation for your rich faith.
A Pilgrimage of Promise through Jordan & the Holy Land is a deeply Catholic pilgrimage rooted in scripture, tradition, and the sacramental life of the Church. Rooted in prayer, sacrament, and communion with the universal Church, this pilgrimage forms disciples—returning home not as tourists, but as Catholics renewed in faith and sent forth to live the Gospel.
